Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount for your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your handbags or accessories in their original box, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location or drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
